Despite our best efforts, it may happen that a product, although supposed to be in stock on the site, is no longer available. There are several solutions: either your order is sent in several packages. In this case, you must wait to receive the last package to check that no item is missing. If this is the case, or if your order is sent in a single package, then unfortunately the item ordered is out of stock.
We invite you to consult your invoice (attached to the shipping email). If the item is missing, the amount will not be debited from your account.
