To find your personal information, we invite you to connect to your customer account. Once logged in, we invite you to click on your name in the top right-hand corner, then on "My account".
You will find the following information: your order history, your contact preferences (e-mail, SMS, partner offers), your profile (your personal information) and your benefits.
The "My benefits" section corresponds to the number of hearts you have acquired. If you have a Seduction Asset, it will not be visible in the "My advantages" section of your account. To see it, you just have to check the box "Benefit from my seduction asset" when validating your order.
